The guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Pro purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a 100% refund. You don't need to justify it — "it wasn't for me" is enough.

Try before you buy

You also get a free 14-day trial of every Pro feature before paying anything, and the notebook, dictation, and keyword search are free forever — so you can be sure it fits you before you buy.

How to request a refund

  1. Email budai.support@gmail.com or use the contact form and choose “Request a refund.”
  2. Include the email you used at checkout (and your order/receipt if you have it).
  3. We'll process it — typically within a few business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method via our payment processor.

After a refund

Your product key is deactivated, and Pro features return to the free/trial state. Your notes and data are unaffected — they live on your device and are always yours to keep.
